KYC Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-08
Identity verification (KYC) confirms that the registered account holder is the person named on the profile before withdrawals, higher limits, and sensitive cashier transactions are authorised. UK players should complete verification early to avoid delays on their first payout.
Purpose of verification
KYC protects both the player and the platform: only the legitimate account holder may withdraw winnings, change sensitive details, or use registered payment channels. Anonymous accounts and transfers to unverified beneficiaries are not permitted.
When KYC is required
- Your first withdrawal after one or more deposits.
- Reaching cumulative thresholds for deposits, withdrawals, or wagering volume.
- Using a new payment method not yet linked to your profile.
- Changing essential personal details (name, address, date of birth).
- Automatic or manual flags within the AML prevention framework.
- Renewal of an expired identity document.
You may play and deposit before KYC is complete; withdrawals remain blocked until documents are approved. Completing verification in advance reduces waiting time on your first withdrawal.
UK documents that may be requested
- Identity — passport, UK driving licence, or national ID card.
- Address — utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days.
- Payment — card statement, e-wallet statement, or crypto confirmation if required for the method used.
- Selfie / video — selfie holding your ID or a liveness check if required by the security procedure.
JPG, PNG, or PDF formats are normally accepted within the size limit shown in the upload area. Illegible documents will trigger a new request. Do not send documents via unencrypted chat, social media, or unofficial email.
Processing times
Most complete dossiers are handled within 24–72 business hours. Peak demand or documents requiring clarification may extend processing to five business days. Incomplete or mismatched documents can delay payouts until verification is finished.
